FRP U Channel is one kind of FRP profiles reinforced plastic products with uniform cross section.The material we use includes  Non-alkali pultrusion dedicated yarn, Non-alkali knitting felt, Pultrusion dedicated unsaturated polyester resin and filling.The channels are formed continuously after being heated by high temperature. It is widely used as the ladder material and the structural support beam when making the work platform.

Series of our pultrusion profiles include square tube,rectangular tube,round tube,angle,I-beam,channel,rod and other custom profiles. Production process is a continuous production process to produce fiber-reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforcement fibers may be roving, continuous mat, woven roving,carbon or others. 

The fibers are impregnated with a polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties.  After the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.

3. Q: How about the Delivery time?
    A: 10-15days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 30-35days to finish the order for a 20ft

4. Q: How can you guarantee the product quality?
    A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2015, and it's been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team, and each our package worker will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instruction before packing.

    A: Basically, the payment terms are T/T, L/C at sight. Western Union, Alipay.
